“Bodyfulness in the Creative Process”
This session invites the participants to bring an internal awareness to the body or soma. Listening to what our bodies tell us at each and every second brings a bodyful experience to the present moment. Understanding and acknowledging the intelligence of the body via the nervous system allows us to make bodyful and mindful choices in our creative process. The invitation is there, let’s feel our bodies from the inside and incorporate another approach to the way we design and create work.
